What is included in the first year licence fee?

  • Unlimited use of the software.
  • One day's consultancy help to develop appropriate questions or statements for survey use.
  • Initial set up of questions and contacts (including basic data fields required for analysis as well as email contact addresses) will be undertaken on the client's behalf by our technical partner. To enable this, the information needs to be supplied electronically, preferably on excel or access spreadsheets.
  • After the first application, the consultant will present the findings to the client and discuss the interpretation and implications for action.
  • After the first application, the software will become self administrating and a member of the technical support team will train the client's nominated key user on a one to one basis.
  • Software support, system back-up, hosting and application service provision will be provided by our technical partner. This means that no internal investment is necessary by the client to be able to use Culture Pulse which will be accessible by web browser.
  • Emails sent by Culture Pulse to staff / clients / stakeholders can be branded with the client's own logo where desirable.

What type of licenses are there?

Single Purpose License

Most appropriate for a company or organisation that is likely to use the software for a specific purpose and where the information gathered should be stored in the same database for comparison etc.

Multi Purpose License

Most appropriate for a company or organisation that may wish to use the software for several purposes. In these cases, information would be best stored in separate databases as the measurements will be different. In effect, the setting up process would be as it would be if Culture Pulse was being run for several companies but the Multi Purpose Licence has been designed to be lower cost than paying for additional licenses. At least 3 different applications can be accommodated within this license.

This is a standard questionnaire format as it would appear to staff, customers and other respondents. Every questionnaire is customised according to organisational requirements and questions can be linked to key values or performance indicators behind the scenes.

These graphs are instantly and automatically updated every time a respondent completes their questionnaire. They illustrate aggregated scores but the software allows a breakdown of results by any parameter as set by the client; for example department, location, age etc. Performance targets can be set and the results will demonstrate actual scoring against targets. This allows the client to focus on the areas that need most attention and potentially gives an early warning system of issues arising.
